I am 6�??5�?�, 280 pounds. I ordered an XXLT which is my normal size and it fits great. It�??s not too tight and not too short.However, this thing is not breathable. I have tried to wear it to work and, even on colder days, I�??m sweating really bad.Other than that, I�??m happy with the product.

It does make a difference when I wear it. And it is tight enough to make a visible impact and yet comfortable enough to wear all day at work!

Excellent product!!!! Really good fit. It seems as you wear the shirt more. It gets more looser so you�??re not having a tight fit as you would have when you first bought it. So you would need to go down at least one or two sizes and then as you wear it and it gets older, it�??s going to get bigger. So I am ordering new shirts, which will be two size smaller that way it won�??t get as big as I wear the shirts. It seems like they�??re getting stretched out which is making it be a looser fit. Other than that excellent product keep your shape and it makes you look really slim.

I am 5'10, 340 lbs. My normal shirt size is 3xl, so I went with my usual shirt size, but I wish I had sized down to the 2xl tall as the compression doesn't quite hit the mark I was hoping for. I wish there were clearer dimensions on the shirt itself, and the reviews are a bit all over the place. Otherwise, the fabric seems to be of high quality. Breathable and comfortable. Definitely recommend sizing down. These things have a lot of stretch to them and you want them to be tight.

I lost 145 pounds quite a while ago. That leads to some loose skin, which can be really difficult in the gym, particularly for HIIT workouts and lifting. I have truly tried 20 to 30 different compression shirts. For many years, I used the Spanx brand but at $89 a pop, I�??ve always been on a lookout for an alternative. This is the closest I have found, and I am very pleased. I actually prefer this over Spanx�??they provide just as much compression but they are MUCH longer. As a 6�??4�?� guy, I love that I can put this on, and do workouts with Burpees, jumps, and lots of movement, and never have to adjust. I find they wash well, though I find the black holds moisture more, and thus has the potential to smell more, than the white or the tan, I�??m not sure there�??s any scientific proof back that, but I�??ve noticed it and now really only buy the white or tan options.As someone who has bought 1 million compression shirts and returned 1 million compression shirts, I highly recommend this one.
