The material is very tight. My son is a 2xl but I got the spandex 4x for him and it was still tight on him. Definitely size up if you want to be able to breathe . Lol. It does stay in place which is fabulous.

I picked this up (3xl size) because despite wanting to drop a few inches, it just wasn’t happening. I saw lots of ads for slimwear and decided to pick this up. I am a pretty large guy and typically wear looser 3xl shirts so I ordered 3xl. It was quite tight and at first, didn’t even think it was possible to get myself into a womens medium dress, because honestly, thats what it looked like to me. Once I got both legs through, which took a few minutes, I was able to pull up the compression shorts all the way up above my big fat belly. It did tuck in the bulge quite a bit and was more impressive if I showed you pictures with only the product on, but I am no model and you get what you see. On the bright side, as promised it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable wearing and did not ride down, so the product was exactly as promised. This is quite stretchy fabric and definitely cleaned up your look, with little effort. I did appreciate that they offered plenty of space down south and did not compress that area. This would be great to wear to a wedding or formal event and before formal pictures, because there's only so much you can do last minute to look great…right?

This works but don’t expect magic. It was a good fit. I struggled a little to put it on which is good, hence it was tight, but thanks to elasticity it was fine. It definitely reduces the tummy size. I don’t think there’s a product out there that can make it disappear (besides movie tricks) I think one should keep working out and eating right to enhance the result.
